[Resolved] Zerodha — amount paid but account not yet opened

I have paid 300/- on 2 nd of march but the account is not yet opened. I've raised multiple tickets, i've called the trichy branch and they said even we're waiting for the response from the backend team. Each and every day i'm staring at my mail to get the confirmation. Not able to talk to customer care. Nobody taking responsibility to open my account. Please open my account immediately or initiate refund.
