It's been more than 3 months now which i have raised support ticket regarding the issue which i faced on zerodha website by which i have underwent loss by more than inr 60, 000, zerodha people are not at all bothered about customers facing issue because of their website proble (Once it was gateway error and next it was blank chart) its purely their problem by which i have went up on loss of 60k by which i have asked for the refund and they didn't even responding for my tickets and they are closing tickets without my concern. When we called and spoke to the support team they are just arguing for no reason and not ready for refunding the amount which was happened because of their technical problem. I have attached the documents with this complaint which is showing clear bank chart and in mobile which is showing 3 pints low. And this is live market where values will be changing every seconds.
And with another case i have got gateway timed out problem by which i couldn't able to exit my positions. When i called them waiting for representative to connect with me and release my id, by the time when i logged in again i was ended up with loss where in previously i was in positive figure by 22k. At least now i should get proper response to my issue and with refund which i have incurred because of zerodha technical problem
