[Resolved] Zerodha — complaint of non supportive & non-responsiveness of account managers : mohit & asif | |
I would like to register a official complaint against two of your account managers mr mohit & asif who donot bother to receive any calls nor do they revert back on sms. I am holding one account as under & one more for which i have been following up for opening/activating the same since last 30 days... It is such a pathetic service of zeroda nowadays that i will not close this account and will also post in public forums for the entire world to know that zerodha is a worthless platform & pathetic service now. Jan 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 18, 2018 Zerodha Customer Care's response Hemanth, the commodity account for the Client ID YW6094 is already opened. One of our sales managers will get in touch with you soon regarding the account activation of Client ID TU6291. This was on hold because there was no IFSC code in the bank proof submitted.
