[Resolved] Zerodha — delay in opening new account

I have submitted online application about 3 weeks ago and posted poa about 2 weeks ago. Upon repeated attempts i have not received any credentials and not getting any status information. I have paid the necessary fee and submitted online application for 2 times. Upon the above extra efforts it doesn't seems to be good to delay in the process. Dec 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 05, 2018 Zerodha Customer Care's response Chaithanya, We see that while your POA was accepted but client ID wasn't created due to issues with eSign beyond our control. I believe account creation is now complete and you can start trading with ease. Hoping Shruthi was of help to you through this process. Happy Trading

I have submitted my POA FORM 10 days ago but they r not updated it till date
Because of that i am not able to sell my holdings results in 15000 rs loss

I called zerodha many times they say it will be done today itself every day i call but not yet done it

I m bearing losses becose of it
Please make them pay for their mistakes

I am sonawane d d I want to open may account in zerodha but when I start open ing my account my mony is deducted 300 in 29 Oct 2018 till I have nat called by any sell managers so please take my complaint as much as possible fast my mobile no register is [protected]
