Zerodha — IT support

I am not able to login and it gives this error.
"There was an unknown error. If this is your first time logging in, please contact support, otherwise, please try after some timeThere was an unknown error. If this is your first time logging in, please contact support, otherwise, please try after some time"

I am not able to place any order. Technical IT support is very bad.
Their lines are engaged and no reply from support mail id also.

This is not first time. Technical glitches are common with Zerodha these days..Last week also my order got sold automatically and incurred me a loss.

I was very happy with Zerodha service earlier which is degrading now.
Fix all techical issues at the earliest
