Zerodha — Loss due to zerodha system issue | |||||
Due to Zerodha system issue. I could not able to sell my stock. It was trading at +4000 and I couldn't sell. I tried calling support team but It was busy whole day. After 1 or 2 hr, it started working. By that time my stock went Rs -9000. So I had to sale my stock with 9000 loss. similarly it happened to other stock as well. I've attached reference screenshot. Please help me refund my losses atleast. I have attached screenshot positive stock trading and orderbook( i.e I tried to sell) and finally sold at -9k loss.
