[Resolved] Zerodha — lost 18000 due to system issue. | |||||
I placed a sell order for 25000 and it got executed as 800+ orders and the app and the site crashed forcing me not to exit my position till square off and was charged call and trade charges or 20 + 18% gst for each of the 800+ orders. Resulting in loss of rs 18000 for me. If zerodha cannot handle so many orders in trade book why should be the customer be held responsible? Was this information helpful? | |||||
