Zerodha — made payment to open an account, but account not opened because of technical problem in their website. | |
I made payment yesterday for opening my account through my card but because of technical error in their website account cannot be opened. Now they are saying me that i need to go offline mode which will take 4-5 days and also their office is 100km from my home. I paid for opening online account. If online account cannot be opened now they must refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |
