All of sudden my TPIN stopped working, after multiple queries they asked for documents. i sent all documents by courier/ e-mail but still they did processed it from last 2 weeks.
It has been 25 days and i am not able to talk to their customer care, there is always one automated message that we will get back to you.
I am not able to sell my own stocks from last 3 weeks. It is causing significant loss everyday. attached is the also picture of multiple tickets raised in their system, they keep closing the tickets without solving it. Extremely poor customer service, using covid situation to justify delay from their side while they are able to launch mutual fund even during covid times and invite new account applications.
