[Resolved] Zerodha — not able to get login details | |
I have paid my initial fee 300 on 15 jan and send documents on same day. I got verification mail on 29 that you will get login details very soon. Still it’s not received. When i tried to call to customer care they says that you will get by end of the day from last 6 days. Today one more surprising issue i camed to kown that my document are not verified and. Asked me to verify once again after 17 days. I have called to manger or sr. Manager/ mailed them several time But very experience with zerodha team. I have aks to refund my money but no any positive response. Was this information helpful? | |
