Zerodha — Order placing issue

On 8th may 2017, the system was not allowing to place any orders on a sudden. I 'm trying to reach the rep/call centre, but no response. I have purchased a stock future, but unable to sell due to this issue. I have to bare the losses bcoz of their technical fault.. Really feeling bad about this kind of service on a financial platform. Sebi has to come up with some penalty concepts.

I am also facing the same problem. Orders r not getting placed properly. Not able to modify existing orders. Not able to place new orders.
Zerodha cares a damn ... they don't reply to calls or sms or even mails. There should be strictest possible penalty for the people behind this like Nitin Kamath ... these people know it all ... this is not the first time happening ... I am also stuck .. can't get out ... they told me 2 hrs back that it would take not more than 10 mins .. now it is almost 3 hrs ... still I am bleeding money ... they don't even pick up the phone calls ... so acheater ...
They have been saying that it will take just 10 min to fix the issue for the past 2 hours now.
Cannot close out or place new orders to recover losses. This is extremely poor service from Zerodha. Reaching out to the customer care is difficult as they put your on call on hold for 45 min. When they do pick up they say that it will be fixed in 10 min max. Losing credibility Zerodha!!
worst service.No reply from customer care. Don't pick the call.Don't resolve the issue at the earliest.
Do not waste time, energy and your money. Initially they will take less charge for opening the account, latter they will deduct the unnecessary amount, when you want explanation the Bangalore manager will ask you read the full manual instead of giving you proper answer. Really bad.
There site is also not up to date, when i check the stock value it was 560 rs but when i place the order deducted amount was 572rs, after placing order also stock value it was showing was same 560rs. All the time you will face technical issues. Customer care executive do not reply and very rude. Think before you make investments and go through all the reviews.
