Zerodha — payment failure while adding funds but not refunded

I have attempted adding funds through KITE App but it failed repeatedly twice. Money is still not refunded in my bank account. I have never faced any refund issue during payment failure on any other payment gateways hence I am quite worried. Due to above problem I am not even adding further funds for buying fresh stocks. Kindly process my refund request asap. I am attaching snapshot of payment through bank statement.
