[Resolved] Zerodha — poa rejected multiple times saying signature not matching wd 2080 | |||||
I was opened an account with zerodha and i submitted forms by digital sign and they allotted id WD2080 . And i purchased shares and i send POA hard copy two times and courier delivered .After receiving POA they rejected multiple time saying sign not matching.I am not able to sell shares and they are cheating customers .Waste service providing by zerodha. Verified Support Jul 23, 2018 Zerodha Customer Care's response Hi, Manu, while opening an account we ask our customers to upload a copy of their signature. We do this to cross verify the signature on documents which we would receive from our clients in the future. We would not be safeguarding our clients' interest if we process documents if the signatures don't match. Being a financial services institution, we are expected to have stringent policies for matching signatures on all documents being executed. Since the signature you uploaded and the signature on the PoA we received were different, we were forced to reject the PoA received.As the PoA hasn't been executed, we wouldn't be able to process your sell transactions. | |||||

I still have account with zerodha because i do not have any better choice.i have to stay with zerodha .Thanks.
