While i paid 500 and there was no such options during payment to untick commodity market (Which costs 200/500), they seem to have perfect software and network services that they pitch me about their refund policy. Why don't you guys agree that it might have been a technical glitch and i am the victim. I have asked what's rightfully mine and you're no big if you take it from your clients and strip it with your brittle policy that stands your company.
