[Resolved] Zerodha — request withdrawal amount not received in bank account

I have raised withdrawal request for amount of rs. 25000/- yet i have not received amount in my bank account,
I have raised two tickets to zeerodha support i. E [protected] – i & [protected] – i yet i have not received this amount and zeerodha support team closed this ticket without fulfil my issue or not inform me regarding same,
They kept my money in their account
