Zerodha — Rs 300 debited from my Account through Pay phone vide T21071218 [protected] on 12 Jul 21

Sir I have applied to open the account on my wife name Ranjna Kumari whose PAN no is CNFPK4731A.I have deposited fee Rs 300 vide above-mentioned details.Amount was deducted from my pay phone [protected]@ybl vide above details but account opening option is not showing.Request to do the needful at the earliest.
