Zerodha — tax p&l report

The company maintains customer portfolio of shares and transactions detailing speculation, short or long term etc. There is a discrepancy in my tax p&l report in long term transactions which i reported to the company on 24 july 2018. Two shares gokul and gokulagro sold from long term basis are not duly reported in the above mentioned report. This is important as i prepare my tax returns for fy2017-18. But after calling several times, and raising multiple support tickets and a chain of messages thereof, there has been absolutely no reply for the past 3 days from the company. As this is tax season this complaint should be treated on a priority basis but zerodha cannot seem to be bothered so i am registering a formal complaint. For a company that avoids live human contact with its customers, it is essential that such requests are taken care of in due time as required.
