[Resolved] Zerodha — technical error

I placed an order of 30 shares of itc lmt. At 284.8 and set the stoploss triggering price at 283.8 This order got executed by itself without the price reaching the triggering price. It got executed at 09:37:59 when the price of itc was above 285 My client id is zm1705 and the order id is [protected] I need the refund for the amont i lost due to this error. I placed a MIS order after 3.20 PM and i got the error massage but order was accepted by zerodha and placed the order on expire day. when i tried to square off, system not allowed me to square off as well as automatic also not square off till market close,

Zerodha customer care service is horrible.
