[Resolved] Zerodha — worst customer support and no action on complaints on their system | |||||
I have requested to change/replace my primary bank account from one bank to another bank. Their mistakes are 1. They have not taken any action after they received my application till i called them. 2. They have added the bank account to the existing bank account, not replaced as per my request though i have clearly opted for replace in the form. 3. When i try to add funds the newly added bank account is not showing up to select. 4. Worst part is i have made 3 to 4 calls and sent email but no action and it is almost more than a week.
