Hi team, My client id. Is XV9509. Today i shorted 1575 shares of HPCL and had a stop loss in place. As the market was trending upwards, i decided to exit my order @ RS. 331.6 /-. How much ever i tried, the exit order did not get executed. It showed an error message saying "Server Not Ready". Finally my stop loss was triggered @ 336.75 /- which resulted in an extra loss of Rs. 8000 +. In total i encountered a loss of more than 14000/- today. I have spoken to one of your representatives who informed me that there was a technical issue and orders were not getting executed or closed. But this is not a problem from my end. Why should i pay for Zerodha's mistakes ? I need my refund at any cost as i am not to be blamed for such instances. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I recently started trading on zerodha. I only trade in CNC. Today I saw my account having a negative balance of ₹112 and I don't understand that if I trade in CNC then how will I end up having a negative balance as CNC means that I can only trade with the available cash in my account. Why is this so and i request zerodha to fix this problem.
