I have planned on opening account in Zerodha & have also paid account opening fee of Rs.300, but later decided to stop process & haven't even completed account process yet.
When calling with Zerodha customer care after two unsuccessful days with no response they picked up & the response that I get is "you will not be refunded" & I was shocked. What is purpose of deducting account opening charge If I haven't even opened my account ?
I am want refund of my rs.300 thats it.
