[Resolved] Zerodha — zerodha request of refund for loss due to technical issue of zerodha kite app | |||
I have incurred lost of rs. 1.4l at 18/03/2020 15:16 but due to mis orders not squred off, it increased to rs. 1.53l. I requested for payout of rs. 1.73l on 18/03/2020 as market expected go down on 19/03/2020 but it was rejected by zerodha. Unfortunately zerodha converted my mis order to cnc on 19/03/2020 and forced to make additional loss of 1.74l due to market volatility. Please refund my loss as it was not at my fault and who would be responsible for my loss. I lost my entire capital amount and not in a position to trade anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
