Today one of support team guy called regarding complaint which i raised regarding technical issue which i faced on 13th July by which i went up loss by more than 30k, His name was Srini from support team, He stated that error 504 will be from my system not from there server, which i tried explaining about what is the error actually states 1. He told that it was my internet issue by which i got gateway timed out problem, But if my Internet is not working how will my web page will load and show me Gateway timed out problem. 2. When my web page able load and showing target server is not responding (Zerodha) then only i will get gateway time out issue. The support team itself don't have proper idea about technology, He is just started arguing with me for no point by which i ended up my call because it is just wasting my time.
