[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Account Closing

Dear Sir/Madam i already complain about many times that i have paid for all my loan accounts but you didn't close my account.they are in active status till now.when i check my cibil they show active.in last complaint you give me a reply that current balance is 1 because, if you will do it zero then my zest money account will be Closed or unoperatable. then i says to proceed any close the account. after reaching to so many times to zest money on mails there is no solution

Updated by deepakgarg0425 Dear Sir Ur team is reverting to me on time.there is no delay in response.delay is in your action.its almost about three months when i complain about it.every time when i try to reach u, u gave me time to wait.when will the necessary action will be taken.when will be my all active accounts of DMI finance on behalf o[censored] will be closed.
