Dear zestmoney,
This is my first experience with zestmoney. I had heard a lot about it from people so thought of giving it a try so i applied for an flipkart voucher 22147 rs to buy a mobile bt then i saw the interest is very high although i have not signed the nach yet i want to cancel the application, i have not received any vouchers as well so please cancel the application. The order i'd is #4a490c[protected]f59-96df-f311e0e870ca please cancel my application i don't want any deductions in my bank account

ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Adiba Sulthana,

We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant.

Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled.
