[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Cashback after repayment is not receive

I have a loan form zest money 34999 date 19 fab 2023 in 3 intrest free emi as per policy intrest is deduct with payment after few days later your intrest will return on your registered bank account my first installment is 13826 is paid on 28 march 2023 my cashback of this payment 1163 is not receive till date and second instalment is also deduct in my account 12175 with intrest this payment has 520 intrest amount but till date both cashback is not receive I have doing so many calls but the said only we are working on it and it will be process in 10 days but 28 to till date I don't recive any positive response please help i already raised a complaint also can't give any positive response I called again and again but they only said after 10 to 15 days your amount will credit in your registered bank account now I am file a consumer court complaint.
