I didn, t receive my interest cashback for last 3 months . I contacted customer service many times but they are simply saying wait for 10 working days . Its already been 3 months . my Loan ID is F4945858A708

    Dear Zest Money team,
    It was really disappointed that after raising several complaints. There is no sign of a positive response. I have not been received my cashback since March 2023. Even I filed complaint on your customer care twice in a month & taking follow-ups continuously. But Customer care representatives are only lying. They say that they have raise token & it will be resolved within 10 to 15 days everytime.

          I have taken a loan of no cost EMI in which the interest charged has to be refunded as cashback. But it has been 6 months and till now I haven't received any cashback from the zest money despite me paying all the EMI's within due date. I have raised several complaints with them but it was never fulfilling.

              Hello,

              I did not received my interest cashback on my last 3 months EMI's. Your CUSTOMER service call SUPPORT is full of ###- every time wait till 10 working days now today is 11th of June no cashback, i was told to wait till 10th of June nothing. If you guys can't honor your words and commitment then shut the company and stop fooling people. You take debit my account on time without any technical issues but while returning cashback there are technical issues.Every time they tell me same lies -wait for 10 working days. It has been 3 months now.
              Please someone get this sorted.

                Hi team

                This is SOUMYA RANJAN BEHERA my loan ID - 3F733EB15F50, i cleared all active loans on me, requesting for NOC certificate it is very urgent for me so my humble request please provide it as soon as possible . and my loan closing status is not reflected in my cibil please update that.zest money is not providing the noc after lots of requests through chat email call all the sides. I have a medically emergency my father's heart operation so I need NOC.Bandhan bank providing me a loan . Please show me a report my loan is showing active and showing due. There is not a single default or late payment. Please do the needful for my noc at the earliest.

                  In last oct i bought an apple watch i paid all emi’s on time but till dec i got all my emis but in jan i bought one iphone i paid its emi also on time but didnt got cashback for iphone and watchh Its pending from last 5 months . I have raised concern through mail 15 times butt nothing was done till now.

                    I have not received my cashback for March, April, May and June month. I have raised multiple complaints but they just give me dates and not taking any action.
                    ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    Hi, I am also suffering from same issue. There is no technical error in EMI recovery but when it comes to releasing cashback, they are facing technical error. I have been raised several complains since March 2023, but CCR says every time it will be credited in your account in next 7 to 10 working days. Unfortunately, it being past 4 month and their 7 -10 days is not over yet.

                      "I had taken a loan from ZestMoney." & "My loan has been paid off for more than 6 months now. But today my brother send me money 1000 rupess by upi & "I checked my balance after some time and it was showing 0.00 in my account." I was shocked howz it's possible because I don't have any loan or emi pending. Then i talked to the pnb customer care "They said that I have some EMI bounce charges. This has happened to me 4-5 times, but I didn't pay much attention due to lack of time. I want my money back now.

                        Dear ConusmerCourt,

                        It's a complaint on 'Zest Money' for not honoring RBI guidelines and no cooperation from their end in order to close the Loan and providing NOC from their end.

                        Let me explain few things to understand in a better way :

                        1) I have taken a Loan of Amount Rs.399000.00/- for the purpose of Education with Loan with activation date of 27th Feb 2022 at an Annual Interest Rate of 18% with Number of Installment : 36
                        2) Below are the Lender Details :
                        Lender Name : HFCL(Hero FinCorp Limited)
                        3) I have paid regularly the EMI of Rs.14425.00/- on 5th of every month from May 2022 to Apr 2023 but when I realize the 18% interest rate is not only a big burden but also imbalancing my monthly budget , I went for a Balance transfer the loan amount to Aditya Birla Finance Ltd to balance my Monthly budget.

                        4) Aditya Birla Finance Ltd has issued a cheque with an amount Rs.300888.00 /-(outstanding) against the lender Hero FinCorp Limited which helped me to close the entire loan, I have dropped the cheque in Hero FinCorp Limited a/c on the guidance of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd and it took some time for Hero FinCorp Limited to provide the closer letter and post few days they have also paid the f&f or the extra amount in cheque of Rs.17, 731.00/- towards my saving a/c.

                        5) Hero FinCorp Limited customer care has also confirmed in calls that they have sent all the documents So that i will get an NOC from Zest Money with no objections, however when reaching ZestMoney customer care they are in completely deny mode of getting any documents from Hero FinCorp Limited by which I have again shared all the proofs, documents as requested by Zest Money, provided by Hero FinCorp Limited which include (closer letter, Cheque, bank statement).

                        6) Now it's the 2nd month on and counting, there is no prompt response from Zest Money on why they are not providing NOC to me, instead they are frequently calling and sending messages to pay EMI to which I have already cleared the loan.

                        7) It is not only disturbing my life, also feeling tortured by Zest Money as no one giving a prompt response from their end except with their blank promises to be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs , which led to Two months now and counting, still no resolution, no NOC from their end, adding to that now I being threatened that field officers will come to my home to collect the money to which I have already paid the loan.

                        8) From this entire episode now my CIBIL score has been downgraded and getting messages, mails from banks for not honoring EMI and deducting penalty amount from my saving a/c for not paying EMIs as Zest Money has not yet given NOC from their end.
                        9) In one of the call/conversation with Zest Money customer care, they made a noise/objection on paying directly to the vendor Hero FinCorp Limited rather paying to them, because I been given a cheque towards vendor Hero FinCorp Limited and in an assumption they will honor each other I have done the same, but that is not the case here and they are not honoring each other .However Zest Money has confirmed the acceptance of foreclosure amounts in all formats but now they are denying the same.
                        10) If Zest Money is not honoring the vendor Hero FinCorp Limited or if they have conflict of interest in between them, then I request ConsumerCourt to kindly intervene in this and direct Zest Money to close the loan and provide NOC to me or kindly direct Hero FinCorp Limited to pay me back all the amount paid to them via cheque of an amount Rs.300888.00 /-
                        It's my humble request to ConsumerCourt to kindly intervene and resolve the issue as both Zest Money & Hero FinCorp Limited not in a mood to honor each other which not only leads to my mental stress and also affecting my CIBIL score, relationship with my bank (saving a/c .) and losing my money in the name of penalty .

                          Zestmoney option not appearing at payment checkout

                          I am a zestmoney customer for about 3 years, previously I have used zestmoney on several merchant site without any problem.But past few months though my account is in active status I am not getting zestmoney option at the payment checkout either on Myntra, Flipkart or Amazon.
                          I written many emails to zestmoney customer service, But unfortunately they are unable to provide any solution to this problem.

                          I've take education loan from zestmoney for interest free loan, As per the agreement after every emi deduction we will get the interest in 5 working days. Since March-2023 I have not recieved the cashback and whenever I speak to customer care they give me a date and I don't see any cashback into my account.

                              Hi team,

                              I took a no cost emi loan from zest money. Zest deducts Money(including intrest) from my account and gives back intrest amount as a cashback into my account. Since last 3 months I did not received the amount. Everytime i call them they are giving me a new date for the payment, but the amount is not coming to my account. Ticket raised with zest on April 6th 3162329.
                              Please help in resolving this.

                                Hi,

                                I have taken a loan of 30, 000 INR on ZestMoney (Piramal Housing Finance Ltd). on[protected]. I have closed this loan on a timely fashion on[protected]. Yet my CIBIL report shows that I have not been paying my dues and this has dropped my CIBIL Score significantly.

                                I have had repeated conversations with the customer care team at ZestMoney and the issue has been going on for more than a month now.
