[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Changing of bank details

I have made a no. of requests to change my bank account details in the portal so that I can pay my EMI and receive the cashback as my previous account has been closed and I do not have any bank account closure copy which I have already told them.
Everytime I have been asked to share the new bank details and was told by the customer care that it will be updated within 3 days but now it has been more than 2 months. I have already shared the latest bank details multiple times and you everytime give me some silly reasons that there is some technical issue, account is not being accepted by the system, etc. etc.

If you are not able to change the bank account details at least tell me the procedure how can I get my cashback which I receive after paying the EMI.

Request you to address this asap as I need to pay my EMI.
