Zestmoney — Cibil not updated despite multiple request from 4months

This is the worst company to deal with, I am requesting them to close My account in cibil report, Despite more than 20 emails and 2-3 calls no one is taking my problem seriously, They never report to cibil properly every time they ask for 30-45 days and nothing happens I am requesting them from Dec 28, 2020 but till date, nothing happened.
better to avoid these kind of company
