Hello Team, I took a consumer loan from zest money. I returned all the EMIs on time, and for the last 3 EMIs, I did pre-payment. Recently I have checked CIBIL score on Bank-Bazar application, and I found that you have added late payment charges against me. I never did late payment, instead, I have done prepayments.
