Description of Incident:

July 2022, i have made a purchase of 1267/- in Myntra Via Zest money on 3 months EMI. for which lending partner is NAHAR CREDITS, but unfortunately there is a duplicate account opened under HERO FINCORP for the same amount, which is not at all initiated.

when asked with HEROFINCROP, said its not there account and ZEST MONEY only has to clear it.

due to which it is showing pending overdue of 1314/- from past 8 Months, and which inturn affecting my cibil score drastically.

Desirable solution: I want to get rid of the duplicate amount and restore my credit score immediately.
