[Resolved] Zestmoney — emi not cancelled | |||||
I took loan of 15k as gift voucher for flipkart for 12 month EMI to buy poco phone and rest to pay by my credit card but it didnt work and zest money is not cancelling the voucher. Now i tried to add the gift voucher in Flipkart account but it says voucher not active. I called customer service several time and its hopeless. They told me to send email to [protected]@zestmoney.com and it is not delivered. Now i keep getting calls, msg, emails stating to pay my emi. When i havent use your money or voucher, why should i pay emi. Please resolve this issues asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
