[Resolved] Zestmoney — failure / non registration of nach mandate on byju product | |||||
Respected sir / madam, I had bought a byju product and agreed to pay the total amount in emi through zest money and the loan no is #8ad934e946ef. I had submitted signed ecs mandate to the byju representative agreeing to pay the amount in 12 emi. Today i received a sms from zest money saying that my nach mandate has failed or not registered with my bank. The message also states that non paying of emi may affect my credit score. Once when i have submitted all documents pertaining to the purchase, why i am receiving an reminder about failure or non registration. Kindly look into the matter and rectify. Further, i am due for payment of my first instalment. Kindly advice will the instalment be debited from my account, or should i make the payment personally. Thank you. Yours truly Ks shyam prasad.
