[Resolved] Zestmoney — failure of reissue of voucher | |
I have applied for a loan of ₹4951 on myntra and i got gift voucher. I used it but i had to cancel an ordr. The refund was issued into my gift card but i dont have the mail containing the voucher code anymore. I asked for reissue of mailcontaining voucher code and pin for the loan which was preapproved. I contacted customer care but they keep saying extension is unavailable. Look into this and resolve as soon as you can. Was this information helpful? | |
