Zestmoney — Fake Loan Account in CIBIL

I have taken a consumer loan of 2343 rupees from ZestMoney on 17th February 2020 to make some purchase from Myntra.
Zest Loan ID:[protected]
Northern Arc Capital Limited Loan Account: [protected]
Which is closed in my CIBIL

But I wonder that same loan amount and same date has been reported by Northern Arc Capital in my CIBIL with loan account number [protected] and it is not closed. In fact this account number is my saving bank account.

Such an irresponsible act from Zest Money and Nothern Arc Capital Ltd which is impacting my CIBIL score negatively.
