[Resolved] Zestmoney — False Outstanding data showing in CIBIL Report

I took EMI plans from Zest money WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY DMI finance and repaid everything in November 2019, but in my Cibil report there is an outstanding amount showing as per the attached screenshot, because of that My cibil score has got very lower. As per record i have no pending payment in zest money for last 8-9 months, i believe there has been an data error. Please help me to correct this issue or if still any outstanding amount remain please provide me an option to pay that amount. PLEASE CHECK THE SCREENSHOT FOR REFERENCE. ZestMoney Reg.
