Verified Support Nov 13, 2018 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Modi Mehul, We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your loan. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Flipkart. Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be cancelled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be cancelled. | |||
