[Resolved]  Zestmoney — invalid gift card

I have received 45000 voucher and i redeemed it in amazon. As soon as i added the amount my amazon account logged out with session expired message
So i logged in again and tried to order and it failed
When i contacted amazon they told me to wait 24hrs
And i got a mail that there is a issue in payment
And i changed my payment method and they said
But i still couldn't purchase
Again amazon made me to wait and i got a mail that my account is on hold because of invalid giftcard
Now it's been over a week now amazon is closing my 6 year old account
And over that i have to pay 3000 for 18 months
Without getting the benefit of 45000
This is not fair
Either cancel my loan or give me a valid giftcard
Or transfer my amount from amazon
Amazon is not helpful because zest money is a third party company
Here amazon is balming giftcard
And zest money is saying me to contact amazon
Like a loop
And i also suspect
Zest money is cheating or amazon
Or both of them cheating me together
I have contacted both customer cares several times
No use please solve my issue

Till the date I haven't received the benefit of the money
45000 gift card is still stuck in account and I they are going to close my Amazon account permanently

It's Jan 16 2020 and my issue is sti not resolved and the team promised to cancel my emi and refund my 2 emi amounts
I still didn't receive cancellation email or the amount
