[Resolved] Zestmoney — invalid gift card | |||
I have received 45000 voucher and i redeemed it in amazon. As soon as i added the amount my amazon account logged out with session expired message So i logged in again and tried to order and it failed When i contacted amazon they told me to wait 24hrs And i got a mail that there is a issue in payment And i changed my payment method and they said But i still couldn't purchase Again amazon made me to wait and i got a mail that my account is on hold because of invalid giftcard Now it's been over a week now amazon is closing my 6 year old account And over that i have to pay 3000 for 18 months Without getting the benefit of 45000 This is not fair Either cancel my loan or give me a valid giftcard Or transfer my amount from amazon Amazon is not helpful because zest money is a third party company Here amazon is balming giftcard And zest money is saying me to contact amazon Like a loop And i also suspect Zest money is cheating or amazon Or both of them cheating me together I have contacted both customer cares several times No use please solve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||
