Zestmoney — Loan Approved but money has not been credited to my account

Hello,

MY loan application for a loan facility from Hero FinCorp Limited Is #1848F8B4BC21

I applied for a personal loan of 97000 on 1st April 2023. The loan was approved as per the app & the application was accepted. Also, I got the sanction letter the same day.
Now It is showing money has been credited, & I have got the EMI plan and schedule but till now I haven’t received any amount in my bank account.

It's been 7 days, and 5 working days have already passed still I have not received the money.

Kindly look into the issue and let me know because it's too problematic for me.

I have also raised the same complaint via email.
