I have applied for a educational loan through Zest Money and have the sanction letter approved (Loan application number #G6G134AA967B) and i didn't e-mandate/verify the loan application. I would like to cancel this loan and not to disburse this amount to merchant as i have decided not to join/proceed with the admission for that course.
I contacted the customer care executives but they are forcing me get an cancellation letter from Upgrad. I had already submitted this request to Upgrad too but they have been trying to threaten me by saying that it will affect your CIBIL Score all that. I'm confused how this will affect my CIBIL score when its not activated or not been disbursed. I had only received the sanction letter wherein it was clearly mentioned that its valid for 30days and i will have to activate e-mandate for disbursal.
I see this as a threat and wrote mail to Zestmoney team but its seems like my request is still pending. Would appreciate if i get this loan closed and get my refund for the initial refund.
