[Resolved] Zestmoney — no refund after money got deducted twice each in three months while the vouchers not being used | |
My order id is :e8eef5290975 I tried to cancel the order several times, but instead being told that no refund shall be made for the vouchers provided. I didn't use the vouchers or purchased anything and mailed you regarding this on 24th july, 2019 for the first time. Once they initiated a refund, and i thought no further money will be deducted, but instead thrice my account got debited with amount rs.4878 for the months of august, september and october. Kindly make the cancellation of this process anyhow and refund the money back to my account or i have to take necessary steps. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Oct 27, 2019 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Shubhasree Sarkar, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, we see that the Flipkart loan E8EEF5290975 of Rs 14, 000 has been paid off and closed on 25/10/2019. Since the loan is paid off the EMI amount paid towards the loan is non-refundable. However, we see that that the loan was activated on 24/07/2019 and the details of the vouchers are shared with your registered email id on the same day. The vouchers will be valid for 1 year from the date of activation and can be used to purchase multiple products within the limit provided. Team ZestMoney. | |
