Zestmoney — not cancelling the emi although it is not activated by me | |||
I didn't contacted zestmoney for emi. When i called to them and asked how emi is activated on my name they said like this... (They received my documents from simplilearn team (Who provide online education). (I gave my documents to simplelearn when they said that docs are required for only activating my profile. But they forwarded my documents to zestmoney team without knowing me.) Note) when zestmoney activated emi i didn't receive any intimation that they are activating. They didn't took any physically signed documents from me. How can i know emi is activated. Note2) they are not cancelling the emi although i requested to cancel. Was this information helpful? | |||
