[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Not providing noc & wrong update in cibil for closed loan as active even after repeated communication

I am communicating the same since one month, even if all the loan amount was closed on time you are not issuing the requested NOC documents. I have no other way than going to consumer redressel forum for getting my closed loans NOCs. My housing Loan is on rejection stage because of not getting the 2 closed loans NOCs from your side. Please provide the same at the earliest.

Even if the loans are marked as closed in my Zestmoney account what is the issue in providing my NOCs? If you are unable to provide me NOC specifically for closed loan accounts. PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER STATING THAT I HAVE NO DUES WITH DMI FINANCE & INCED AND ALL MY LOAN ACCOUNTS ARE CLOSED.

The same is also not updated as closed on cibil i have communicated the same several times to your end and now in cibil an additional loan account is being shown which i have not availed. After the last communication to you people i was expecting for proper update on cibil the cibil got updated today and my closed acoounts with other financial institutions are properly updated exept yours even now updates in cibil from your end are getting more worse.The details provide by zestmoney to cibil are completely wrong and not yet updated and resolved hence i am moving legally to consumer redressel forum with the copy of communications send to you and cibil report indicating wrong updates on cibil by DMI finance.

If i did not get the NOCs for the same even after this communication, i am on a stage to move forward for the wrong cibil updates same legally, since yoir executives are telling petty issue that they cannot provide NOC because the loan closing details are not updated in cibil. Am i the person to report the loan as closed on time? Is it my fault?
