I need NOC for this DMI finance consumer loan: DMI[protected] which is reflecting on my TransUnion CIBIL report. I have taken this loan through ZestMoney. They are not reachable at all. They have not updated even my CIBIL report too. I need you to do both. Was this information helpful? | |
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 08, 2021 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Dear Vishnu, Greetings from ZestMoney! We would like to confirm that Account DMI[protected] is the parent ID for Zest Money from DMI (Lender). DMI has changed its reporting structure recently to credit line reporting. Hence, the eligible line of credit has been shown on your CIBIL report. Due to this, the current balance will show as Rs.1 which means the credit line is active but the loan is closed in parent ID. Please be assured that this will not affect your CIBIL score. However, we can close the credit line based on your request. Please note that once the credit line is closed, then you may not be able avail any loans in the future from DMI.
