Zestmoney — Not received NOC and Transunion cibil is not updated

I need NOC for this DMI finance consumer loan: DMI[protected] which is reflecting on my TransUnion CIBIL report. I have taken this loan through ZestMoney. They are not reachable at all. They have not updated even my CIBIL report too. I need you to do both.

Greetings from ZestMoney!

We would like to confirm that Account DMI[protected] is the parent ID for Zest Money from DMI (Lender). DMI has changed its reporting structure recently to credit line reporting. Hence, the eligible line of credit has been shown on your CIBIL report.

Due to this, the current balance will show as Rs.1 which means the credit line is active but the loan is closed in parent ID. Please be assured that this will not affect your CIBIL score. However, we can close the credit line based on your request. Please note that once the credit line is closed, then you may not be able avail any loans in the future from DMI.

When will you close it? And my current balance is showing as 23000 not 1 RS. Please close this. I really fed up with home loan approval due to this issue.

And I have permanently deactivated my ZestMoney. Just close this thing. Why did you delay its closing even after closing the ZestMoney account?
