Dear zest money team i have not apply this amazon voucher loan i was talked to your team about cancellation my loan and your team member say me we cancelled your loan with in 7 to 10 day but i seen massage in morning this massage is for approved my loan. And for emi debited but i cancel my load by calling to your team member. I requested to you please cancelled my loan. And do not debit emi from my account. It's a biggest request to you.

Updated by Patel Panchal This is to inform you that loan amount rs. 20000/- amazon voucher must be cancelled with immediate effect,
Because i do not give any approval for the same you have taken my account detail without my concert which is a case of 420.
So you are instructed to cancel the loan amount 20000/- immediately, otherwise i will go to police station and consumer
Court to initiate the process. i have already send email zest money and amazon team.

A zest service person called me and told me if you send money in phonepe we will refund that whole money to you again. I sent the money to zest customer official account over phonepe. But from that time onwards that person blocked all my account numbers and not replying. I total paid 6000. This is completely a fraud. And I'm going to file a case in cybersecurity police officers by tomorrow.
