Pls remove my pan no. with other account and also delete my email with other account... my email ...[protected]@gmail.com and pan GFAPK9957K.

As I understand, you are facing the error of "PAN already exist" while creating a new account.

We are extremely sorry for the delay in response.

However, as checked, I see that you are already registered with mobile number xxxxx8141 and email id: xxxxxxn.[protected]@gmail.com. Request you to log in with the same credentials.

Further, please be informed that at ZestMoney, you cannot create new account with the same details such as PAN, Aadhar etc.
