Ref : loan id[protected] I took an emi loan of rs. 2517 on 31.07.2018 Which was used in amazon.in I made repayments on, 23-08-18 of rs 420/- 01-10-18 of rs 420/- 22-10-18 of rs 420/- 22-10-18 of rs 420/- 23-10-18 of rs 420/- 23-10-18 of rs 420/- 09-01-19 of rs 417/- I paid a total of 2937/- Emi paid on 23-10-18 is not shown in your statements. I reached their customer care no and requested for a refund and i was asked to send an email with my bank statement attached. After sending they verified it and told me i am eligible for a refund. And to wait for 48 hrs. Now even after 5 months of waiting there is no response from them. Was this information helpful? | |

I paid installment for the month may 2019 through net banking.but before some time i got message from zestmoney to paid installment in three days.my bank account show the paid installment on 10/5/2019
