Hi All,
I was in contact with the zest money team regarding my settlement of loan. I even received the link to pay on whatsapp but amount was mismatch. I emailed zest money to send me the right link. But I didn't received any response. I again emailed them, then I got a response that our team will get back to me but I didn't get one. I have received many links to pay and then I got a different link to pay for the same amount of which I requested with some output number, I assume thats the same link I was waiting for and I made this payment. I tried contacting zest money member on whatsapp but she didn't replied to my calls and messages (screenshot attached). Now I am told that nothing can be done because I made the payment on different link. I call zest money I chat with zest money but no resolution they just say to email and for email also no response until I send 2-3 emails. I don't understand this. I just wanted to close this loan and now I am not going to pay anything because I have paid all my bouncing charges to bank even after requesting Zest money to hold ECS. I have attached all the links.
So help me out to close this loan. I would request higher authorities to please look into this.
