[Resolved] Zestmoney — still getting message about loan not paid | |||
I have paid the amount on the same day. But i am still getting messages that (You have not paid the amount). And i am not able to access to the zest account - (Your auto-repayment mandate is under review). Because of your mistakes my cibil score is getting bad. I am very disappointed by the management of your website. Since you are handling money and this type of service is big drawback for your website. Sir I'm not interested personal loans but unfortunately I'm touching accept option.so please cancel my loan request.
Without knowing EMI schedule dates, loan activated and received two gift vouchers for flipkart worth 18000 rupees. After one day onwards I have started sending/speaking for request on loan cancellation. But still no reply mail from zest money that when this loan cancellation be effective.
This is unfair.
