[Resolved] Zestmoney — update wrong cibil | |||
Hi, my customer Id[protected] I am having 2 loans in zest money and I am made payments on or before due dates. i checked my credit score and history, i was frozen to find my score got reduced due to the invalid report was updated by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance Because of the irresponsibility of ZestMoney (Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd), , my cibil was affected I have written several Emails to [protected]@zestmoney.com to update my CIBIL as per my progress, but no response yet and whenever Requesting to resolve this impacts my credibility in future .. last time i can againts complain zestmoney in consumers courts Thanks, & Regard's, tabish helal email: [protected]@gmail.com mobile : [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I understand how it can be frustrating to follow up every time and have it not meet your expectations.
